Tablets
A tablet (also known as a pill) is an oral dosage form, which can be ingested. Our Sejong tablet press can make up to 65,000 tablets an hour, and is precision-built for consistent tableting at high output. With a range of tooling and coating options, our team can help bring you biggest tablet ideas to life.
Liquid Compounding
Exergy is the only facility with a TGA licence for non-sterile Liquid Compounding. We have custom-developed a process to ensure your bespoke herbal script is blended accurately and efficiently for your patient.
Hard Capsules
Hard-shelled capsules can deliver minerals, vitamins and herbs directly into your body. Our Sejong encapsulation machine can manufacture up to 40,000 caps an hour, so we can flexibly scale capsule production up and down depending on demand. At Exergy, you’ll find high quality and flexibility don’t need to be mutually exclusive.
Packing
With two dedicated packing lines, our setup ensures your products are packed and distributed quickly and efficiently - reducing your chance of being out of stock and ensuring your products get to customers quickly.
